O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Milwaukee to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in their absence, ensuring policy adherence, and handling store processes with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Manage stock, returns, and transfers per procedures.
• Coordinate with management on security and cash handling.
