O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Wisconsin to support store management in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of managers and requires strong communication skills with bilingual candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, is desirable.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desirable.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Answer phones and manage shipping/receiving and store transfers.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and uphold company policies.
• Coordinate shifts, security procedures, and daily bank deposits.
