O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of supervisors and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.
• Retail sales experience is desirable, especially in auto parts. ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money, deposits, and building, and enforce store policies.
• Coordinate communication of store tasks and ensure compliance with schedules and security procedures.
