Job summary

Target in Lexington, KY is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience and lead hourly team members in a fast-paced store environment. You will coach, observe, and develop teammates, manage daily priorities, and ensure execution of service standards across the front of store.

Responsibilities include delivering on guest commitments, training, closing skill gaps, supporting Drive Up and pickup operations, and promoting Target Loyalty programs, while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Open to flexible hours including nights/weekends.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience commitments and uphold Target’s service standards.
• Lead and coach a team of hourly staff, including interviewing and development.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store sales goals and guest needs.
• Support Drive Up, pickup, and digital guest activities while following policies.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and educate guests on available benefits.
