Qualifications

• Able to comply with background checks and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits and monitor for safety concerns.
• Engage customers with friendly greetings and help deter theft with proactive engagement.
• Coordinate with Store Leadership to follow Loss Prevention directives and safeguard assets.
• Train and support Associates on shortage reduction and checkout procedures.
• Represent the Ross brand professionally in dress and conduct.
