Job summary

The role partners with store leadership to implement Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages while upholding Ross values. Responsibilities include identifying theft indicators, maintaining safe store conditions, and training associates on security best practices.

Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and greet customers to deter theft.
• Walk the sales floor to identify potential theft indicators as directed by store leadership.
• Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages.
• Communicate theft indicators to Loss Prevention leadership and support investigations as needed.
• Trains Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.
