Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisory experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and customers.
• Provide visible command presence and greet customers at entrances/exits.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and assist Store Leadership with Loss Prevention directives.
• Support shortage reduction initiatives and training for Associates.
