Qualifications

• One year retail supervisory experience or similar training.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations for security positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and customers.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and Code 50 inspections guidance.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize loss and ensure policy compliance.
• Mitigate theft and fraud through vigilance and reporting.
• Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and procedures.
