• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or related training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the floor.
• Identify suspicious behavior and assist Store Leadership with Loss Prevention directives.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Greet Customers, respond to questions, and assist with safety concerns.
• Monitor checkout procedures and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners; participate in safety communications.
