Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Must comply with all applicable laws and background checks for security positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and report to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.
• Address theft indicators and support Loss Prevention initiatives.
• Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and checkout procedures.
