Ross Stores is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to maintain a safe, secure environment at store entrances and on the sales floor. You will greet customers, deter theft, monitor the Code 50 inspection policy, and work with Store Leadership to minimize shortages and protect the Ross treasure.

The role requires a HS diploma (AA preferred), retail supervision or loss prevention training, and a valid Security Guard License if applicable.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.
• Must comply with all applicable laws for security positions.

• Maintain safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible command presence at entrances/exits and on sales floor.
• Monitor Code 50 inspections and identify theft indicators.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize shortage and address losses.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and adherence to best practices.
• Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction.
• Observe checkout procedures for customers and Associates.
• Represent Ross brand with professional appearance and conduct.
