Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• AA degree preferred.
• 1 year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• 1 year loss prevention/security training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Walk the floor to identify and address potential theft indicators as directed by Store Leadership.
• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages.
• Represent Ross Stores, Inc. brand with professional attire and behavior and maintain company dress code.
