Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for Associates and Customers.
• Greet Customers and deter theft with visible presence at entrances/exits and on the floor.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and communicate findings to leadership.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and adhere to company policy.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper checkout practices.
