Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits in a Ross vest.
• Monitor for safety issues and deter theft by engaging with customers and staff.
• Greet customers and answer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage.
• Other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
