Qualifications

• One year retail supervisory or equivalent training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts.
• Must comply with federal/state security regulations including background checks and testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and customers.
• Greet customers with a visible command presence and monitor entrances/exits.
• Partner with Store Leadership to follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Provide training and guidance to associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Support store brand representation and professional appearance.
• Monitor for theft indicators and communicate findings to leadership.
• Assist with proper checkout procedures and safety compliance.
