Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Greet Customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor to deter theft.
• Monitor entrances/exits and address potential safety issues.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize shortages and ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Represent the Ross brand with professional appearance and conduct.
