Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and monitor Code 50 policy.
• Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators as directed by Store Leadership.
• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Greet customers and respond to questions in a courteous manner.
• Assist in minimizing operational shortage and supporting prevention initiatives.
