Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts.
• Must comply with applicable laws and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence at store entrances/exits.
• Monitor for theft indicators and communicate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize operational shortages.
• Uphold Ross brand and dress code while on duty.
• Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
