Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to ensure Non-Perishable schematics accuracy and guide weekly resets. You will coordinate with store leadership and department managers to keep items properly placed and compliant with internal schematics.

The role requires reading schematics, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate reports while supporting a customer‑friendly, efficient store environment. Flexible hours and a strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the total reset program and maintain reports and schedules.
• Must possess excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read schematics and price tags, hang signs, use a ladder, and operate a computer to activate schematics.
• Be able to lift/move boxes up to 17 lbs. across distances and walk several miles per shift.
• Repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting to access low points as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics for the store.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and ASM to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager or Dept Managers to confirm completion and accuracy.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
