Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator in Smyrna to maintain non-perishable schematic integrity, schedule and execute store resets, and support merchandising with accurate placement of items.

You will work with Store Managers, Scan Coordinators, and Department Managers to ensure schematic compliance, sign-offs on completed work, and timely communication with the Support Office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage resets and reports.
• Excellent math and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must read schematics and price tags and properly hang signs; lift up to 17 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts.
• Support merchandising by ensuring categories follow schematics.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators and Dept Managers for compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from store leadership upon completion.
