Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Schematic Coordinator responsible for maintaining Non-Perishable schematics, conducting weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities to ensure merchandising accuracy. You will coordinate store resets for Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, and Vitamins, verify price tags, work with department managers, and provide feedback to the Schematic Support Office.

A high school diploma and 1–3 months related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the reset program and maintain reports and schedules.
• Must possess excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture by ensuring categories are set according to schematics.
• Work with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and Asst. Store Manager to ensure schematic compliance and proper item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics align with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager, Asst. Store Manager, or Dept Manager to confirm completion.
• Provide timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
