Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator in California to ensure Non-Perishable schematics accuracy at the store level. You will schedule, coordinate, and execute resets and projects, work with store leadership to maintain category placement, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

The role requires reading schematics, price tags, and strong organizational skills, with an ability to lift light items and work varied hours to support merchandising goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Must possess excellent mathematical skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Be able to read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs. Good vision is required in order to read and set schematics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics for the store and maintain merchandising integrity.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Manager and ASM to ensure schematic compliance and correct item placements.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/ASM/Dept Manager when work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department on issues or discrepancies.
