Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity at the assigned store. You will lead weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and merchandising standards.

In this role you will collaborate with Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Scan Coordinators and Department Managers to implement changes, verify placement, and document updates.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must be able to read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs; good vision required.
• Be able to lift up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours; crouching/kneeling/squatting for access to ground level may be needed.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for the Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture and ensure categories are set according to schematics.
• Work with Scan Coordinators, Dept Manager and ASM to ensure schematic compliance and correct item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager, ASM, or Dept Managers to signify completion and accuracy.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for any issues or discrepancies.
