Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain non-perishable schematic integrity in the assigned Smyrna store. This role conducts weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring compliance with all schematic guidelines and supporting merchandising accuracy.

The Coordinator will work with Store Managers, Scan Coordinators and Department Managers to ensure proper placement of items, and will complete weekly Reset/STS tasks while maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to analyze reset programs and maintain reports and schedules.
• Strong math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Read schematics and price tags; hang and adjust signage accurately.
• Flexible with varied hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute non-perishable store resets and projects.
• Ensure categories align with schematics and support selling culture.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and Assistant Store Manager on schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from store leadership when work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to the Schematic Department on issues or discrepancies.
