Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator in Chandler, AZ to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity across the store. You will schedule weekly resets, coordinate speed-to-shelf activities, and ensure compliance with all schematic guidelines to support merchandising integrity.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to read schematics and price tags, and the stamina to handle lifting and movement tasks as part of the daily duties.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Must possess excellent mathematical skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have and show an outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Be able to read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs.
• Be able to physically handle tasks including lifting up to 17 lbs., walking up to 4 miles in an 8-hour shift, and kneeling/squatting for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture by ensuring categories are set according to schematics.
• Work with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and Assistant Store Manager to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager or Dept Managers to signify work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
