Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain non‑perishable schematics in the store, schedule weekly resets, and ensure accuracy with guidance from the Support Office. The role supports merchandising integrity and adherence to schematic guidelines across Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA and Vitamins.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the reset program and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must read schematics and price tags and properly hang tags; able to use a ladder and basic computer tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 17 lbs., walking several miles, and performing crouching/kneeling tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for non-perishable depts.
• Support selling culture and ensure categories align with schematics for the store.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators and managers to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities per directions from Support Office.
• Ensure schematics adhere to internal policies and obtain sign-off when complete.
• Provide timely feedback to the Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
