Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematics integrity and manage weekly resets within the assigned store. You will ensure compliance with internal guidelines, coordinate with leadership, and support merchandising integrity through accurate placement of items and price tags.

The role requires reading schematics, strong math and Microsoft Office proficiency, plus the ability to lift light loads and work varied hours.

Qualifications

• 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze reset programs and maintain reports/schedules
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Able to read schematics and price tags, hang pricing correctly; use ladder and basic computer tasks
• Able to lift/move boxes up to 17 lbs and walk several miles as part of daily duties

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins)
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics for the store
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators and Dept Managers to maintain schematic compliance
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by Support Office
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/Asst. Manager/Dept Managers when work is complete
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies
