Job summary

Total Wine & More in Sanford, FL is seeking a Service Team Member to provide outstanding customer service, engage with guests, and guide them to products. You will help drive sales by building relationships, answering questions, and sharing promotions.

The role covers stocking, merchandising, front-end duties, and may include curbside pickup and delivery. A flexible schedule, the ability to lift, and compliance with alcohol sales laws are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day; lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers.
• Stock and merchandise products, build displays, and support inventory tasks.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness, comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned by store management.
