Total Wine & More in Sanford, NC is hiring Store Team Members to deliver exceptional service and drive sales by engaging customers and advising on products. You will support merchandising, stocking, displays, and curbside pickup and delivery when assigned.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of work experience, retail exposure, and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to drive sales.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and building displays and end caps.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services when assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely when required.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
