Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor in Florida to support store operations, drive sales, and mentor the service team. You will lead by example, ensure top-tier customer experience, and help maintain a compliant, safe environment while supporting merchandising and front-end duties.

The role requires 1+ year in a supervisory retail setting, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Compensation reflects market ranges nationwide and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1-3 years of experience; 1+ year supervisory retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older and capable of long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; support front-end operations and merchandising.
