Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service for customers in Natick, MA. You will help manage store operations and build a sales and service culture that brings to life a distinctive world of adult beverages.

You will supervise team members, coach peers, ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail.
• 1+ year of proven supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
