Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an experienced Sales and Service Manager to lead a team and own department performance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a safe, well-run store environment.

You will shepherd service behaviors, coach associates, and collaborate with Store Leadership to meet objectives and uphold company standards across front-end, services, and merchandise areas.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Analytical skills to forecast needs and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office proficiency (Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable while driving results.
• Solid business acumen with full P&L awareness and strategic thinking.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership with servant-leadership style and team development.
• College degree or equivalent leadership experience required.
• Experience leading groups of associates including performance management and coaching.
• Able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move around store, and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
