PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead a dedicated team of Associates and drive exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. The role requires owning department outcomes, coaching staff, and aligning with leadership to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include managing operations across services, front-end, and merchandise areas, delivering a safe, engaging shopping experience, and promoting company values and community events.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Associates and drive sales targets.
• Maintain store SOPs and ensure safety.
• Coach and develop staff through regular feedback.
• Oversee departments including STUDIO, Services, Front-End.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership Team to meet customer needs.
• Support HR programs and onboarding.
• Lead community and in-store events.
