Responsibilities

Maintain store standards on Operations, Merchandising, and Service.
Oversee STUDIO, Practice Bay, Front-End, and department operations.
Hire, coach, and provide termination recommendations to GM/AGM.
Review SPS reporting to assess business performance and staffing needs.
Drive onboarding and development conversations with staff to close knowledge gaps.
