Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering store strategies and driving customer experience. You will lead the management team, leverage data to make decisions, and ensure compliance with all policies while fostering a culture of inclusion.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling, and partner with the SLT to execute HR and operational programs, sustaining world-class service and store performance.

• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of managers focused on customer service and store presentation.
• Understand business reporting and customer insights to troubleshoot opportunities.
• Coach, train and empower managers to be business experts using data.
• Address negative customer experiences promptly and ensure resolution.
• Use customer feedback to coach and recognize staff.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising and operations standards.
• Lead weekly department walks to maintain excellence and engagement.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling based on workload and traffic patterns.
• Ensure loss prevention policies and inventory accuracy.
• Promote ethical conduct, safety, and inclusion across the store.
• Lead HR programs with Store Leadership Team and SLT involvement.
• Drive local recruitment and talent acquisition in Workday for part-time candidates.
