Job summary

Total Wine & More in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and build a sales and service culture. You will help deliver best-in-class service and a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers, reporting to the store management team.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training and coaching, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal and team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise and train team members; develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sales laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
