Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, run LOD shifts, and ensure a stellar guest experience. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving killer sales results and upholding our brand standards.

You’ll lead by example on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room, managing daily operations, goals, and real-time coaching to deliver a Guest First culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales metrics.
• Ability to train, motivate and coach associates to high standards.
• Strong guest service orientation and visual standards execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead and develop associates, uphold service standards and KPI targets.
• Recruit, train and retain talent to meet store needs.
• Set clear goals, provide real-time coaching and recognize high performance.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, merch moves and standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection compliance.
