American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team as a Leader on Duty (LOD).

You will drive guest experience and daily store operations, while inspiring and coaching associates to deliver exceptional service. In this role you recruit and train talent, set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and execute visual and operational standards to keep the fitting rooms guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and train/develop associates to provide outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute visual and operational standards including shipment processing, merchandising moves and maintaining guest-ready fitting rooms.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to policies.
