Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving KPI results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty, maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and develop associates, upholding AEO service standards.

• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback.
• Execute visual and operational standards, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection compliance.
