Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by driving store performance and leading Leader on Duty shifts. You will ensure a stellar guest experience while managing daily operations and upholding brand standards.

You will train, motivate and celebrate associates, drive KPI results, and recruit talent to keep the store staffed to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring service standards and real-time coaching.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to meet business needs and maintain coverage.
• Implement daily visual and operational procedures, manage shipments, merchandising and store standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection in line with policy.
