Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and lead Leader on Duty shifts. You will drive guest experience, oversee daily store operations, and celebrate associates’ successes while delivering strong sales results.

You’ll recruit, train and motivate a team, ensuring adherence to AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room. You’ll also manage visual standards, safety and loss-prevention practices daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum retail management experience.
• Ability to motivate and coach teams to hit sales targets.
• Strong guest service and store operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity.
• Motivate and coach associates to meet AEO service standards and KPIs.
• Recruit, hire and train new talent to maintain staffing levels.
• Provide real-time feedback and recognize top performance to boost engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including merch moves and shipping.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and company policies.
