Qualifications

• You have led teams in a retail management role.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• You are a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values and model service standards.
• You have an eye for talent and a love of training: recruit, hire and develop associates to deliver outstanding service.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: set clear goals and provide real-time coaching to Sales and Stock Associates.
• You are a visual & operational innovator: implement daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Integrity is your middle name: maintain store safety, asset protection, and adherence to policies.
