Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, lead Leader on Duty shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage daily operations, train and motivate associates, and drive KPI results while upholding AEO standards and the Guest First culture.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach teams in real-time, and ensure visual and operational standards across the salesfloor and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering strong guest service.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor associates to meet standards.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on KPIs and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
