American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team as a Leader on Duty (LOD). You drive in-store guest experiences, lead daily operations, and celebrate associates’ success while modeling AEO's standards.

You will train and motivate the team, recruit strong talent, and deliver KPI results through coaching, visual execution, and collaboration with stock and sales staff. This role embodies our Guest First culture.
