Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with strong LOD shifts and a stellar guest experience. You will manage daily store operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive sales while upholding AE Brand Standards.

You will lead by example on the Salesfloor and Fitting Room, ensuring guest-ready spaces, top performance, and adherence to safety and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with a track record of coaching teams.
• Ability to train and motivate associates to deliver guest-first service.
• Proven aptitude for achieving KPI targets and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as the lead on duty by maximizing floor productivity.
• Model and enforce AEO service standards on the Sales floor and in fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and develop associates to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback and real-time coaching to improve performance.
• Maintain in-store visual standards and ship/merchandising processes.
• Uphold store safety and Asset Protection policies.
