American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock LOD shifts, manage daily store operations, and train and celebrate associates while driving strong sales results.

You’ll embody our values and bring your authentic self to work each day. You’ll lead by example, maximize guest experience, coach real-time performance, and ensure visual and procedural standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Experience training and developing retail staff.
• Strong teamwork and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Motivate and hold associates to service standards.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Execute visual and operational standards, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards.
