Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and coach the team to meet service standards and KPIs.
• Recruit and onboard talent; develop staff through training and feedback.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct development plans and reviews.
• Ensure daily operations align with brand standards and safety procedures.
