American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by running Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You’ll manage daily store operations as needed and inspire associates to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll train and motivate the team, drive sales, uphold AEO brand standards, and foster a Guest First culture. This role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and integrity while representing our values day to day.

Responsabilités

• You drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• You are a people leader who motivates and inspires the team and models AEO's service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• You recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and deliver outstanding service.
• You collaborate with Sales and Stock Associates, set clear goals, and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• You are a visual and operational innovator, executing daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• You maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow AEO policies and procedures.
