American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Allen, TX. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, drive guest experience, train and motivate associates, and uphold AEO’s service standards to deliver strong sales results.

You'll coach a team, manage daily operations, and ensure visual and store procedures meet brand standards while fostering a Guest First culture. This role values energy, accountability, and a passion for people.
