Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts to maximize sales and guest experience.
• Motivate, coach, and develop associates to uphold service standards and Guest First culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and train team members to meet staffing and performance needs.
• Set clear goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
